Spacious and well-equipped apartments, with a small balcony and comfortable furniture. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager who went out of his way to assist guests.- Convenient location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Limited free wifi, with a set amount of data available each day. Some apartments might be older and not as well-maintained compared to others.

The view and a short walk to shopping centers.
The bed was a little too hard.

This was my first to stay in an apartment and i am indeed surprised at all the utensils provided to make my stay enjoyable. It's definitely different from being in a hotel but you save so much more and get to eat whatever you like in the morning. I do not have to bring so many clothes as i can wash them in the washing machine and dryer provided. They even have a rice cooker tucked away in one store. There's a supermarket just 30m away and a convenience store just 2 buildings beside. Beach is very close and Phil was really nice to us. Overall a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.
The color scheme of the furniture and bed linen need an upgrade. Plus the carpet is a little bit dirty. I don't like wearing shoe or flip flops in the house so my feet would get black just by walking and i would have to wash it before going into bed.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking to visit the nearby theme parks. the buses provide convenient transportation options to get to attractions close by, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel is also close to everything else we wanted to see, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The breakfast options at the hotel were limited.

The location is fantastic with ocean view from our apartment balcony and the second bedroom. Having a full functional kitchen and laundry in the apartment made it even more economical. Even although there were some obvious signs of flooring renovations in progress, ie difference in height between new tiles and old carpet, we were'nt inconvenienced by it. There were mats over some of the areas but we just put towels over those areas that didn't have mats. The apartment itself, location, etc made up for it

As I was not well the whole time I was there, the hosts were very helpful in anything that I needed. Thanks you Phil.

Two minutes to the beach, easy access to public transportation. the convenience store next door was helpful for quick snacks. the view from the balcony was wonderful.
Loud street noise at all hours, especially on Christmas night. the apartment was outdated, and the furniture was not comfortable.

The location was excellent value for money and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
The windows needed to be security screened as our robust 10 month old grandson visited and the lack of screening was a concern.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location to all the Gold Coast attractions was unbeatable. I was able to easily access the theme parks by bus and explore Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing to be said.

the location was good, only 10mins walk to Cavell Ave, 2mins to beach.Safe underground parking.Friendly staff willing to accommodate my late check in at short notice. Good range of cooking utensils in apartment. Nice deep pool with shadecloth. Reasonably priced as far as Gold Coast apartments go.
Sea view room is overrated - you get about a 20m view of the sea in-between two adjacent neighbouring buildings. Small balcony - it is crowded with three people on it at the same time. General furnishing is basic with hard beds. No Air Conditioning. The reception is only staffed for a few hrs per day.

Good for budget-travellers and great location for drivers. Walking distance to main shopping streets at Surfers Paradise.
Toilet facilities and electrical appliances should be repaired or renewed.

That it was close to the beach
I didn't like the office hours on a weekend. It was hard to contact staff and Booked.net important information should be displayed in a different way as it was not clear to me about weekend office hours.
